Cleaning Out the Closets

Taking advantage of being trapped by the pissy weather, I decided to clean out some closets.



I came across these old roughs on top of an armoire.



I'm not sure if I posted them before.



I did not see them on a quick run through the archive


So if you've seen'em before my apologies.

    The dogs piled into a car is from a project that Ralph Bakshi was kicking around when he was at Spumco.

    He Was there while we were working on Firedogs 2. Voicing the Fire chief, and trying to get things cooking on projects of his own, while he was in town.

    Wasn't that for Kerouac's "On The Road"? How far into pre-production did that get? Was there a script or stoyboards put together?

    These are INCREDIBLE! Your abilities as an artist and a cartoonist blow my mind. I would love to see a film combining Ralph Bakshi and Spumco. Thank you for posting these. I'll have to study these later.
