WOW....My Springer has been trying for years to NAB a squirrel! She's been nippin' at their heels but just can't bag one. Perhaps these East Coast critters may be a bit quicker than their West Coast cousins! Vince, What breed is your dog?
Hey Pat, don't fault your Springer. I have two dogs( One of dubious origins the other one is an Australian Heeler) and I think they team on the little varmints.
hahaha. good dog! i mean, like, don't get me wrong, poor rodents & stuff. but oh man, lookit those dogs! awesome. good good dogs. my dog used to be resident bird killer.
also: "sniff, sniff". hahaha. yeah i remember that post. haha. like i shouldn't be laughing (and consequently typing my laughter), but, i dunno, funny picture all the same!
No worries, you're right its just te natural order of things. If they didn't kill one from time to time I'd never get enjoy my Tangerines. The Varmints never eat the whole tangerine, then they just drop it half eaten on the ground.
Those squirrels make great Christmas gifts... stuffed n' playing instruments with hats on. Between my Dog n' Cat, they'd bring in a smorgasbord of critters... birds to rodents. My dog's run in with a skunk was the worst, thank god she didn't catch it.
Hey Vincent, can you teach yer pups to repeat the following: Naked tail: KILL!!! Bushy tail: Leave be
(What, no Huckabee jokes? How fast them "15 minutes" are up. Too bad Sarah Palin didn't drop by, you could have had your own live-action Rocky & Bullwinkle puppets...)
Mike, LOL. No , no Huckabee jokes. Though i did see someone yesterday driving around with a failed attempt to remove his McCain sticker from his bumper.

You may have discovered the ancient dying spot for rodents. Some dogs have tried to fake this, but the search for this myth continues.

I have to deal with critters sometimes, too.
I was worried that this one here would eat my cat.

I got an early X-Mas gift from my dog too. It's brown, but it's not a toaster and it's sitting on my front lawn.
That, and plus some friends sent me the first two seasons of Ren and Stimpy on DVD.
CAN'T WAIT, DUDE!

On the subject of dogs, what do you think of little lap dogs like toy poodles 'n' such, Vince?
