They've been together ever since Hedalgo's brother Ricky backed over Juanita's squirrel monkey Ignezz, during that freak hail storm in 86'.
He isn't as helpful around the house, but he does smell better than as well as he drinks less beer that f-ing monkey.

Hey Mr. Waller-

I love these inked works of yours! I'm sure you've mentioned elsewhere on yer blog what kinds of brush pens you use, but I can't find. I've only been using the Pitt pens and they seem to run out and get mushy after a short while. Any other types you like/recommend?

These are done with the Pentel Pocket brush pen. They are much more durable and facile than the Tombow I was using before.
The cartridges are refillable with a syringe. With any ink you like. Now if I could hold on to one long enough to refill it. I keep losing them.
In the four I've used three were what I would call perfect performers in that they put exactly the amount of ink I want to lay down. The one I'm using now however is a bit too free flowing for my tastes.Hoping the next one will perform better.

Thanks folks for continuing to stop by even while my output has been so low.

Hail the Pentel Pocket Brush!
Ricky's left hand doesn't seem like it could reach or fit his pocket... or brush a monkey.

Thanks - I am going to have to track down this Pentel Pocket. Sounds like a lot more control. Plus I am a fan of refillable tools!

You make me want to try this Pentel, although I'd be lucky to produce a credible stick figure. Love your work as always!
