I think it was in a episode or two. They always experiment.

Phone doodles always trump "real" work drawings.

Phone drawings wax primal cause they ooze from a riper part of the skull than production stuff.

Who's Paul Tibbitt?

J. J. Hunsecker said...

Paul Tibbit is a writer at Spongebob. He's a funny guy. He cowrote a live action short with big time Hollywood director Mike Mitchell, called "Herd".

Hi, Vincent,
Glad to see you have a blog. Now I can continue with my obsessive behavior towards animation.

My favourtie scens in the movie are when SB looks like that, especially in the scene where he's drunk.

I'm probably the world's biggest Spongebob fan and I know all the writers, driectors and storyboard artist but I could never tell them apart.

Neat doodle.

What's it like working on SpongeBob? Are there any differences between the time you worked in Season 1 and today?
