I also killed the adds on this site. I tried just to see how much revenue would roll in. Ten bucks for to months of eye torture was not a good exchange. I hope the lack of advertising clutter is easier on your eyes.

This morning's Cintiq quickie. Thanks to Uncle Eddie for the Seegar inspiration and apologies to Seegar for the ham handed limited scope of my scratching.

I'm going to try and do a quick sketch every morning as a warm up. This of course as time permits.

Hi Folks. Sorry again for the lack of posts. Just crazy busy, and its going to get busier for the next couple of months. I'm helping out on a pilot for Nick, while continuing my regular work.

I thought I'd do a little drawing while catching up on my Lost, & Dollhouse DVR snags for the week. Drawing with the brush pen. I was having fun but then got a little crazy with the line work and before long clarity had turned to mud.




I need to put a brighter light in my living room lamp.

June has her boundaries

The Newport Beach Film Festival

I spent the afternoon at the above film festival, with Tuck Tucker, Dave Cunningham, and Brad Vandergriff drawing SpongeBob and the gang for kids and a few grownups after a SpongeBob Screening.



The three pretty people above helped wrangle us and put the event together.
Nicole, Amber and Karen.






These are part of the Ni Hao crew doing the same for the kiddies after their screening.
I didn't get any shots of our crew drawing for the obvious reason that we were busy drawing.
Thanks again to Tuck Tucker for not only driving me down there, but he even bought me an ice cream.
He is one of the good ones. :)

Obscured Roughs

Sorry for the lack of drawing posts lately. In the run up to the 10th anniversary I have been crazy busy doing my regular duties plus doing roughs for press art. Most of which I can't post because it would give away story lines that have not yet aired.
But here is a rough with some objects obscured.




I'll post more as they are cleared and then get back to posting doodles when there is time to sit and do them.

I apologize for the blurry pics, but it's the best the IPhone would do.I tried taking shots with my good camera. But the flash then turned the protective mess meant to keep broken glass out of the spectator's eyes, into a solid wall of blackness.
